- 2 cups (1 pound) tomatoes, diced into 3/8- inch pieces
- ½ cup white onions, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 ½ tablespoons stemmed, seeded, and minced jalapeño
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Serve chilled.
